We require our clients to participate in two initial half days of digital marketing consultancy with Cross Digital management. On the first day we will define your company’s Vision, work through your Situation, Objectives and Strategy.

Upon completion of the first half day of consultancy, we will complete the secondary part of the Digital Strategy. Then, we will require you to attend the second day of consultancy and review the Digital Strategy. After which, Cross Digital will either handover the Digital Strategy Plan which you will implement or will implement the Digital Strategy for you which will include Tactics and Action, Action, and Control.
