After our initial meeting with owners of Amcor Resourcing senior management, it was evident for both businesses that we have many shared values and objectives. We left the meeting with a shared understanding that we would collectively strive towards getting Amcor Resourcing to become the market leader in Rail Engineering Training in the next 3-5 years. ​

Define

Firstly, we wanted to help Amcor Resourcing build two timeless Brands and Corporate Identity Package which resonates with its customers, partners, suppliers and other organisations. Also, we needed to map out a scalable and seamless customer journey.

Develop

Next, we built a bespoke website that incorporates all the essential features and functions with the purpose of generating leads for the Engineering Training Courses. As we continued to help Amcor scale we built an additional website, CRM system, backend infrastructure, with all the elements such as automated emails, sms text and customer service functionality needed to service the 37,000+ applicants for their courses. This is an ongoing process that has involved consultation, strategy and collaboration. ​

Deliver​

With over 37,000 applications to date, a powerfully social media presence, seamless online customer journey process with full automation, we are happy to say we delivered on our shared objectives.  The digital marketing and social media have enabled high volumes of applications and conversions at incredibly low costs.
